Your journey begins in Watson Lake, where we’ll meet, load up, and take a breathtaking private floatplane ride over 120 nautical miles to Denetiah Lodge. The most remote lodge in British Columbia and a rarity to have within a provincial park. As you soar over crystal-clear waters and untouched wilderness, you’ll know this is going to be something special.
Upon arrival, we’ll go over the schedule, housekeeping, and a warm welcome. Then, a short hike will help you stretch your legs and get a feel for the land. From the very start, you’ll be deeply nourished—physically and mentally. Each morning, you’ll sip a handcrafted blend of Chinese medicinal herbs, designed to calm the nervous system, ease tension, and support digestion. In the evenings, another formula will help quiet your mind, improve sleep quality, and allow for deep recovery. Meals will be equally restorative—rich in nutrients, featuring fresh-caught fish, and many locally grown ingredients all prepared with a focus on gut health, reducing inflammation, and fueling your body for adventure.

Relax, Reset, and Reconnect
We’ll start the day with Beach Flow & Meditation, gently waking up the body and mind. In the classroom session, we’ll dive into Breathwork and Nervous System Regulation, giving you tools to shift your state from stressed to calm.
The afternoon is yours—explore, swim, or unwind with a book by the lake. Later, we’ll have a Mindset Exercise designed to help you shift perspectives and set intentions for your time here. The night wraps up with Games Night, a lighthearted way to connect, followed by Gratitude & Breathwork before bed.

Movement, Pain, Recovery & Acupuncture
The morning starts with Beach Flow & Meditation, a calming way to center yourself before heading into the day’s Movement, Pain & Training session. We’ll break down how pain develops, how to move better, and how to build lasting resilience.
Afterward, brace yourself for a Cold Plunge or Swim—a powerful way to recharge your body and mind. The afternoon includes acupuncture treatments, helping your body recover and reset. You’ll also have free time to explore, rest, or enjoy the surroundings.
We’ll close the night with Gratitude & Breathwork, helping you reset and reflect.

Nutrition, 1:1 Sessions & Freedom to Explore
The day begins with Beach Flow & Meditation, followed by a Nutrition Workshop, where you’ll gain clarity on fueling your body for energy, recovery, and longevity.
The afternoon is yours—whether that means hiking, paddling, resting, or getting a 1:1 coaching session, you’ll have space to focus on what you need. In the evening, you’ll have another round of free time or 1:1 sessions, followed by Games Night and Gratitude & Breathwork under the stars.

The Big Adventure
By now, your body will be settling into the rhythm of Morning Movement & Meditation. Then, we’ll pack up for the highlight of the retreat—a hike to a beautiful nearby mountain ridge. At the summit, you’ll take in breathtaking 360-degree views, a reminder of why you came here in the first place. If the raw nature has you feeling uneasy feel at rest knowing your guide has over 10 years of experience in the mountains hiking, navigating, fighting forest fires and working with the British Columbia Search & Rescue.
This is a chance to push yourself, soak in the vastness of nature, and connect with your fellow adventurers. In the evening, we’ll gather around the fire for a Group Discussion, sharing insights and reflections from the retreat before closing with Gratitude & Breathwork.

Reflection and Departure
On the final morning, we’ll have one last Beach Flow & Meditation to soak in the experience before packing up. You’ll have free time to enjoy the surroundings before we go over key takeaways, how to implement what you’ve learned, and say our goodbyes.
From there, we’ll travel back to Watson Lake, then onward to Whitehorse before heading home. You’ll leave with new experiences, meaningful connections, and a renewed sense of health and purpose—completely revitalized.
